I cannot speak or read French but does that translate to Poison Restaurant?

@Darren Halliday: Thanks Duncan. The translation of this restaurant's name is "The April's fish". On this day, it's a tradition to play a turn. Usually, the children like to stick a paper's fish on the back of the people!
