Sorbier? Je l'aurais volontier appellé sorbet d'amérique ^^ mais ce n'est pas traduisible. Usually centering the subject isn't adviced, but the form of the subject makes it using the diagonal of the photo, giving a more dynamic view. So it's successfull. I think breaking standard "photo rules" is quite difficult and shows the ability of the photograph. good work.
